Choosing a platform
We are not going to tell you what our competitors charge. Their prices change, we would get it wrong, and you would be right not to trust a table written by someone selling against it. Here is what to ask instead — including of us — and how to check each answer yourself.
Meta bills the provider per message and publishes those rates openly. Whatever the provider adds is their margin. Some state it, some fold it into a per-message price you cannot decompose, and some bundle it into “credits” with no published conversion.

A per-message price published for every plan and country, falling as the plan gets bigger — and nothing else. Meta’s card is public, so any invoice reconciles against it line by line.
A low subscription with a high per-message margin can cost more than the reverse at volume. Ask for both numbers separately, then model your real monthly send.

Separate and both published: a monthly plan fee from ₹0 — Pay as you go is prepaid — rising to ₹5,099, plus a per-message price set by your plan and published for every country, ₹2 a social post and 4 paise an email.
Some providers stop sending, some auto-upgrade you, some charge an overage you find out about on the invoice.

Extra automated messages are charged per message at your plan’s published rate — 75 paise on Pay as you go, 50 on Starter, down to 30 on Scale and Pro. Nothing stops working.
An 18% difference between two quotes is often just this, and comparing an inclusive price to an exclusive one makes the wrong vendor look cheaper.

This is the one that decides whether you can ever leave. If the WABA is registered to the provider, your number, your template history and your quality rating are theirs. Ask to see the account in Meta Business Manager before you sign.

Number migration between providers is a defined Meta process. A vendor who cannot describe it in a sentence has an incentive not to.

Compare feature lists per tier, not the headline price. A chatbot builder or a shared inbox on the top plan only changes the real cost of the cheap one.

None. Every plan carries every feature — API, CRM, chatbot, social posting, Shopify workflows, AI replies and email. Tiers differ by volume, seats and support speed.
Seat limits and device limits are different numbers, and a per-seat charge changes the maths at team size.

Setup fees and “migration assistance” charges are common and often quoted only after you have committed.

Meta publishes its per-message rates by template category and country. Whatever your provider bills above that is their margin. Ours is 20% on Pay as you go, and 15, 12, 8 or 5% as the plan gets bigger.

Wati, AiSensy, Interakt, Twilio and Gallabox are established platforms with real customers. Take the questions above to them and to us, and compare the answers you get directly.
Whose name the WhatsApp Business Account is registered in. Everything else is a price you can renegotiate or a feature you can work around. If the account is in the provider’s name, your number and its sending reputation are not portable, and every other term is negotiated from a weaker position.
Meta publishes its per-message rates by template category and country. Since 1 July 2025 it bills per message rather than per 24-hour conversation. Take the rate for your country and category, compare it with what your provider bills you, and the difference is their margin.
Rarely. Model your actual monthly volume against both numbers — the plan fee and the per-message margin. At a few hundred messages the plan fee dominates; at tens of thousands the margin does, and a low subscription with a high margin becomes the expensive option.
